Shipping Methods & Rates

Blink Store offers the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods (holidays, promotional events) by an additional 1-2 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time (add 3-5 business days to estimated delivery times). Overnight shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following delivery issues, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date:

  • Package shows as delivered but was not received
  • Package arrived damaged or with visible signs of tampering
  • Contents of the package are incorrect or missing items
  • Tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after successful delivery confirmation. If you live in an area where package theft is common, we recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring signature confirmation at checkout (where available).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Blink Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations or product characteristics. These restrictions include:

  • Lithium battery products (power banks) cannot be shipped via air freight and may have extended delivery times
  • Oversized items may require freight shipping with additional handling fees
  • Hazardous materials (certain candles, aerosols) may be subject to carrier restrictions
