Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by contacting customer service with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders over $50. Express shipping is $12.99 (2-3 business days) and overnight shipping is $24.99.
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers the next business day if ordered before 12pm EST.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping will be available in the future.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Some items have different return windows - check the product page for details.
How do I start a return?
Contact customer service with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Blink Store are 100% authentic. We source directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.
How do I find my size?
Each apparel product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not currently available. However, we can include a gift receipt with no pricing information if you select this option at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for faster checkout.
